These cinnamon fingers are perfect for serving at a party! I never made them and was a bit worried because I had no time to try out the recipe beforehand. Fortunately they came out perfect! They looked the way they tasted: amazing!
You will need…
3 sheets puff pastry
1 large egg yolk
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice the sheets into 6 strips and put them on the baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Stir the egg yolk and cover the top of the strips with egg.
Stir the sugar en cinnamon en sprinkle it on top of the strips. Pop it in the oven until the strips are nicely raised and brown.
Voila, cinnamon fingers!
